Since the inauguration of the Allied Health Professions (AHP) Act 2011, with the intention to regulate professional practice and standards to protect the public interest, there is a growing interest to understand how professional indemnity(PI) may serve as a protection in our professional practice as physiotherapists. physiotherapists believe that they should have adequate coverage for the organisations that they are working for. Through this lunch meeting, we hope to address myths about professional indemnity and share with you what you need to protect your professional practice as a physiotherapist in Singapore.

The Professional for Tomorrow's Healthcare is a model NHG Group Education has been developing to better understand and plan the training of attributes needed in the healthcare workforce for the future.

 

This talk will briefly present the model and describe the implications for its implementation.
