Bank drafts or cheques to be made in Singapore Dollars and payable to "SIPC" and drawn on a bank in Singapore. Foreign cheques are not accepted. Do be sure to indicate your name clearly on the reverse.

Cancellation and Refunds

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted before 28 August 2016 with a 50% refund of registration fees. No refunds can be made for cancellations after 28 August 2016 .
All refunds will be handled within 30 days after the congress.
