Members will need to include SPA registration number in registration

Student fees only applicable to undergraduate students. Instituition and student number will need to be provided in registration form. Foreign students will need to provide a letter of support from their school to certify their student status, emailed to SIPCongress2016@physiotherapy.org.sg .

Onsite fee only available at event venue on event day.
Payment for On-Site Fee is by cash payment in Singapore Dollars only on event day registration counter.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted before 28 August 2016 with a 50% refund of registration fees. No refunds can be made for cancellations after 28 August 2016 .
All refunds will be handled within 30 days after the congress.
